Final Diagnosis: "Well we're about 71% sure it's gonna be ok."


FINAL DIAGNOSIS - Also called ‘final estimate’. Traditional project management states that there needs to be a complete understanding of what will be delivered, which can only be found through specifications. This approach creates a view of deliverables that is limited in its quantification, due to the limitation of specifications collected; 60-80% customer satisfaction/functionality delivered is considered successful. Sad I know. But we should all be used to it...
